As part of “Sharjah Sports Summer – Our Vacation is Different 2025,” this program aims to enrich participants’ experiences through educational workshops and hands-on learning.
The summer activity participants at Al Dhaid Cultural and Sports Club visited the Sharjah Scouts Commission as part of the events for “Sharjah Sports Summer – Our Vacation is Different 2025.” This visit served as an enriching educational and developmental stop for participants in the third week of the summer program, which is themed “I Am the Community.”
Specialized trainer Adel Mohammed Karam conducted an interactive workshop on “Team Building and Enhancing Teamwork Skills,” aimed at adult participants in the club’s summer activities, as well as participants from the humanitarian services category. This initiative emphasizes the program’s inclusivity and attention to all groups.
The trainer focused on the importance of the individual’s role within the group, the dynamics of working in a harmonious team, and how to overcome challenges through cooperation and mutual trust. The workshop saw notable engagement from participants, who took part in a series of collaborative practical activities designed to reinforce the concept of “one team” and develop positive communication and collective problem-solving skills.
