The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai is set to resume its dedicated transport services for Global Village, coinciding with the launch of the 31st season of this popular tourist and entertainment destination. This initiative represents the RTA’s unwavering efforts to enhance the integration of public transport, ensuring comfortable, safe, and sustainable travel options for millions of visitors both from within the UAE and abroad.
The new season of Global Village will commence on Wednesday, 14th October 2026, and will continue through to May 2027, welcoming a vast number of guests eager to experience this vibrant attraction. The RTA’s services aim to facilitate easy access to Global Village, providing a remarkable travel experience that aligns with Dubai’s status as a global hub for tourism and entertainment.
Four Direct Bus Lines to Global Village
The RTA will operate four direct bus lines connecting Global Village with some of the primary transport hubs in Dubai. These buses are designed to offer high levels of comfort and safety, making the journey to and from Global Village an enjoyable part of the overall family experience.
Passengers can access the following strategic points of departure, which are tailored to simplify the journey to Global Village from various areas in the emirate:
- Line 102: From Al Rashidiya Bus Station to Global Village, with a headway of 60 minutes.
- Line 103: From Union Bus Station to Global Village, with a headway of 40 minutes.
- Line 104: From Al Ghubaiba Bus Station to Global Village, with a headway of 60 minutes.
- Line 106: From Mall of the Emirates Bus Station to Global Village, with a headway of 60 minutes.

Return of Eco-Friendly Water Taxis
In addition to its bus services, the RTA will also relaunch its water taxi service within Global Village, featuring two environmentally friendly electric abra boats.
