New Initiative to Enhance Employability in Sharjah
In a move aimed at empowering young national talent, the Sharjah Human Resources Department has launched the “Professional Readiness for the Labour Market” programme. This initiative, commissioned by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, seeks to equip 410 job seekers from various cities and regions within the emirate.

The programme is designed to provide participants with essential skills that are in high demand in today’s job market.
