Sayed Mansour bin Nassar, Vice President of the Judicial Council and Head of the Legal Department for the Emirate of Sharjah, highlighted the critical need to create a conducive judicial environment that allows judges to perform their duties effectively. “It is essential to provide the appropriate judicial and professional ambience that enables judges to issue rulings that align with the expectations of litigants and contribute to the swift delivery of justice,” he stated.
