Designed to enhance the travel experience, the new menu allows passengers to embark on a “Journey through the Emirates.” Drawing inspiration from local ingredients such as dates, saffron, cardamom, and honey, the offerings blend the joys of modern travel with the authentic tastes of the region.

Chef Mythaa’s innovative take on the traditional majboos showcases slow-cooked meat paired with saffron-infused rice, presenting a blend of cultural heritage and modern culinary techniques.
