Second Customer Forum by Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Authority

The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment held its second Client Forum for 2026 at the Nad Al Sheba Council. This initiative underscores the organisation’s commitment to fostering direct communication with clients, allowing them to express their opinions and feedback while actively involving them in the enhancement of housing services to meet the needs and aspirations of citizens.

Engaging Dialogue and Collaboration

The forum was attended by Mohammed Hassan Al Shahi, Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, along with a distinguished group of managerial and technical leaders from the organisation. The event also featured participation from the Federal Tax Authority, creating an interactive platform for constructive dialogue, where ideas were exchanged and cooperation among government entities was bolstered to better serve clients.

Open Forum for Feedback and Improvement

During the event, an open discussion session with clients provided a valuable opportunity to listen to their inquiries and remarks. Various developmental ideas and proposals aimed at improving the quality of housing services, enhancing the quality of life, and supporting family and community stability were discussed. This aligns with the organisation’s vision and commitment to engaging clients in the process of service development.

Introducing Comprehensive Housing Services

The forum also sought to familiarise attendees with the services offered by the Dubai Integrated Housing Centre. These services aim to create a comprehensive environment that facilitates citizens in completing their housing transactions while receiving the necessary support and guidance. This approach is designed to simplify procedures and enhance the client experience.

Strengthening Government Integration

The involvement of the Federal Tax Authority enriched the forum by enhancing direct communication with clients and addressing their questions. This reflects the significance of collaboration among government bodies in providing information and services that meet the community’s needs, ultimately contributing to a more efficient and integrated client experience.

Commitment to Ongoing Improvement

Mohammed Hassan Al Shahi emphasised that the organisation’s decision to hold client forums stems from a belief in the importance of engaging directly with citizens. He stated, “Clients are a priority and a fundamental partner in our service development journey. We are committed to listening directly to their opinions and feedback, understanding their needs and aspirations, and transforming these into genuine opportunities for improvement and development.”

At the conclusion of the forum, the establishment reaffirmed its dedication to enhancing its housing services and improving communication channels with clients. It aims to utilise their feedback and suggestions to design more efficient and flexible services that align with citizens’ aspirations, support the stability of Emirati families, and elevate the quality of life in Dubai.
