Ajman Police have continued their support for those affected by the Corniche Tower fire in Ajman by activating a mobile smart police station at the scene, offering on-site police services and helping to speed up procedures while answering enquiries efficiently.
On-site services around the clock
Colonel Ghaith Khalifa Al Kaabi, Head of Al Madina Comprehensive Police Station, said the mobile smart station has been operating at the scene 24 hours a day. So far, it has received 86 customers, removing the need for them to visit the station in person. Services have been delivered through the vehicle’s digital interaction tools and smart platforms, alongside responses to the enquiries of those affected and follow-up on their needs.
Supporting the community in emergencies
He said the activation of the mobile station reflects Ajman Police’s approach of making services easier to access and responding early to the needs of community members. It also ensures continuity of service at incident locations, helping to improve the customer journey and raise the quality of services provided under different circumstances.
