He emphasized that maintaining a top position is no small feat; it requires long-term planning and a clear strategic vision that supports sustainable success and excellence in the sport.
Collective Efforts Drive Achievement
Abu Al-Shaweesh highlighted that this accomplishment results from substantial support from sports leadership in Fujairah, as well as ongoing efforts from both technical and administrative teams dedicated to developing players’ skills and honing their talents to meet the highest technical standards. He noted, “The overall excellence shield represents the fruits of a collective effort involving everyone, from the players to the technical and administrative staff, and even the parents, who play a crucial role in encouraging their children to excel.”
Balanced Achievements from All Teams
What distinguishes the club’s achievements this season is the balance and harmony between the male and female teams. This synchronization positively impacts the points accumulated and the overall ranking. According to Abu Al-Shaweesh, the substantial gap in ranking signifies the strength of the club’s sports foundation and the success of its programs in preparing the next generation of champions.
