Mohammed bin Rashid Housing is witnessing significant progress in housing allocation for citizens as we approach the Year of the Family 2026. The organization has begun the process of allocating 830 ready housing units in the “Wadi Al-Amardi” and “Al-Awir” projects, with a total value of 1.6 billion dirhams. Concurrently, an allocation of 83 million dirhams has been designated for furnishing these homes, reflecting the leadership’s commitment to making residential life more stable and of higher quality for citizens. This project is not only an important step toward achieving family welfare but also enhances the efforts of the Dubai government in providing suitable housing.
Launch of Ready Housing Allocation
The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Foundation has announced the commencement of the allocation of ready housing units in the Wadi Al-Amardi and Al-Awir areas, in response to the directives of Her Highness Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum. This project, which includes 830 homes, represents the largest batch of ready housing ever granted to citizens in the foundation’s history.
Modern Allocation Mechanism
The Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Foundation, Mohammed Hassan Al Shahi, confirmed that the allocation mechanism relies on the latest smart technologies, ensuring efficiency and transparency in the housing allocation process. Al Shahi stated: “The allocation is based on a digital reservation system via the ‘Dubai Now‘ app, where our call center team will contact beneficiaries to invite them to visit the housing allocation centers, which will be open from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Fridays.”
Integrated Facilities and Services
The Al-Awir project includes 398 housing units and features modern infrastructure and advanced road networks. The projects include community facilities such as public parks and gathering places, with each housing unit offering spacious designs that include 4 bedrooms, a majlis, a living room, and a modern kitchen, enhancing residents’ comfort.
Commitment to Sustainability and Quality of Life
The Wadi Al-Amardi project comprises 432 housing units, all designed with privacy in mind and the potential for future expansion. The aim of this project extends beyond merely providing housing; it reflects the Dubai government’s investment in the comfort of its citizens and in ensuring a dignified life for them, contributing to the sustainability of quality of life.
Clearly, the efforts of Mohammed bin Rashid Housing reflect a comprehensive vision for achieving living stability, as the Dubai government is making intensive efforts to ensure a better life for all citizens through innovative and flexible housing solutions.
