New Housing Allocations Begin in Al Amerdi and Al Awir

In a significant step toward enhancing the living standards of citizens, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment has announced the allocation of housing in the “Wadi Al-Amradi” and “Al-Aweer” projects. This initiative, coinciding with the Year of the Family 2026 and following the directives of Her Highness Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Jumaa Al Maktoum, aims to provide ready-made homes valued at 1.6 billion dirhams, marking the largest allocation of housing to date for citizens. Additionally, a generous provision of 83 million dirhams will be utilized for furnishing the beneficiaries’ homes, employing a modern allocation mechanism that ensures efficiency and transparency.

Innovative Allocation Mechanism

Mohammed Hassan Al Shahi, Executive Director of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, highlighted the establishment’s reliance on cutting-edge technology to facilitate the allocation process. “The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment uses the latest smart technologies to ensure the highest standards of governance, efficiency, and effectiveness, providing comfort to clients,” he stated. The allocation process will utilize a digital booking system via the “Dubai Now” app. Beneficiaries will be contacted by the establishment’s call center team and invited to visit the housing allocation centers located in Wadi Al-Amradi and Al-Aweer. These centers welcome clients from Monday to Thursday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, and on Fridays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The Largest Batch of Grants

The homes are designed with modern specifications that respect privacy and allow for future expansion. They also feature advanced infrastructure, modern road networks, and comprehensive community services to meet citizens’ needs. This achievement reflects the wise leadership’s commitment in Dubai to ensure residential stability and well-being for its citizens, aiming to provide suitable housing solutions that enhance quality of life and ensure welfare for families.
