The “Reach MENA 2026” program is a regional extension of the global “Reach” network and is designed to support and accelerate the most innovative startups in real estate technology across the Middle East and North Africa. This initiative aligns with the UAE’s digital economy strategy, Dubai’s economic agenda (D33), and the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, all aimed at enhancing innovation and digital transformation within the real estate sector.

Program Duration and Offerings

Spanning a duration of eight months, the program provides participating companies with a robust framework, over one million dollars in total funding, specialized mentoring support, an extensive network, and opportunities to access global investors. Additionally, the program offers long-term support for its graduates, along with the potential for scaling their businesses in local, regional, and international markets.

Strategic Goals and Benefits

Majid Al Marri, Executive Director of the Real Estate Registration Sector at the Dubai Land Department, stated, “The ‘Reach MENA 2026’ program directly contributes to achieving the goals set by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and the Real Estate Strategy 2033, by supporting startups that innovate technological solutions for the benefit of citizens and residents, thereby strengthening the real estate ecosystem in Dubai and the Middle East.”

On the other hand, Sadiq Farid, General Manager of Reach MENA, emphasized, “This program consolidates strategic influence and financial support to stimulate innovation in the real estate sector. Thanks to the backing of the Dubai Land Department and Second Century Ventures, along with global experts, participating companies have a genuine opportunity for growth and achieving global milestones.”
