Ajman Real Estate Sales Jump 53% to $809 Million

The Ajman real estate market has experienced a remarkable surge, showcasing a substantial 53 percent increase in total sales, amounting to AED 2.97 billion ($809 million) in September. This impressive growth reflects the sector’s resilience and the diverse opportunities available to investors. According to the latest report from the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, the surge in Ajman real estate sales marks a significant milestone in the region’s development and economic landscape.

Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department, stated that the region’s property market “continued its upward performance and achieved record numbers that reflect the quality of the sector and the diversity of investment options across the emirate’s various regions.” This assertion highlights the thriving nature of the Ajman real estate scene, which continues to attract both local and international investors.

In September, the total number of real estate transactions hit 1,739, with property trading reaching 1,393 transactions, generating a combined value exceeding AED 1.87 billion ($509 million). These figures illustrate the sustained momentum in the market, affirming Ajman’s position as an emerging hub for real estate investment.

Ajman Real Estate Surge

The Al Rumaila 3 area stood out as the leading sales hotspot, recording a remarkable sales value of AED 300 million ($82 million). This surge in sales underscores the significant demand for properties in central Ajman, further solidifying its appeal among potential buyers.

Meanwhile, mortgage activity exhibited strength, with 241 mortgage transactions registered, amounting to a total value exceeding AED 474 million ($129 million). Al Tallah 2 emerged as the area with the highest mortgage value, totaling AED 73.5 million ($20 million), reflecting a healthy appetite for financing among buyers.

Among the notable properties, the Emirates City project led as the most traded property, surpassing Ajman One and City Towers in transaction volume. Additionally, Al Helio 2 was identified as the most active neighborhood, followed closely by Al Helio 1 and Al Yasmeen, showcasing the various attractive residential options available in Ajman.

This data highlights Ajman’s continued momentum as one of the UAE’s most accessible and diversified property markets, driven by competitive pricing, infrastructure development, and strong investor demand. As Ajman real estate sales continue to climb, the emirate clearly remains an attractive destination for real estate investment in the region.
