His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, received Sheikh Jassim Jarrah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the Foreign Minister of Kuwait.
During the meeting, Sheikh Jassim conveyed the greetings of his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Emir of Kuwait, along with his wishes for the UAE’s continued security and prosperity. In return, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed sent his greetings to the Emir of Kuwait and expressed his wishes for further growth and prosperity for the country and its people under his wise leadership.
Developing Fraternal Relations
His Highness discussed with the Kuwaiti Foreign Minister the fraternal relations between the two countries and ways to enhance cooperation and joint efforts that serve their mutual interests and benefit their peoples.
Countering Iranian Terrorist Attacks
The meeting also addressed the developments in the region and their serious implications for regional and international security and stability, particularly in light of the ongoing Iranian terrorist attacks against the UAE, Kuwait, and other countries in the region, which target civilians, facilities, and civilian infrastructure.
