Select Group Achieves $1.9 Billion in Peninsula Project Sales

Select Group has successfully completed off-plan sales for its impressive Peninsula development in Business Bay, Dubai, achieving a remarkable Gross Development Value (GDV) of AED 7 billion. This significant milestone underscores strong investor confidence in both the Peninsula project and the Select Group brand.

The recent announcement follows the completion of the final sale transaction of the development’s Grade A office tower, which Select Group refers to as a pivotal moment in the project’s evolution. Peninsula encompasses a sprawling 3.3 million sq. ft. of prime waterfront real estate, seamlessly blending residential, commercial, business, and lifestyle amenities into a cohesive destination.

Select Group’s Peninsula Sales Reach a New High

The Peninsula project features 3,300 units spread across seven properties, with Jumeirah Living Business Bay representing the crown jewel of this endeavor. This 35-story tower, developed in collaboration with Jumeirah Group, offers an exclusive selection of 82 residences, ranging in size from 2,007 to over 12,000 sq. ft.

Residents of Jumeirah Living Business Bay will enjoy a suite of premium services, including concierge assistance, an on-site guest relations team, comprehensive residential management, security, housekeeping, valet services, and a dedicated residents’ lounge. Select Group commenced the handover process earlier this year with Peninsula Five, part of The Signature Collection, while Peninsula One is on track for handover in early July 2025, followed by Peninsula Two and Peninsula Three in Q4 2025.

Planned completion for Jumeirah Living Business Bay is set for Q1 2026, whereas Peninsula Four, known as The Plaza, is anticipated to be ready by mid-2026. The overall community will feature 122,800 sq. ft. of retail space, including a spacious 66,000 sq. ft. mall, as well as a distinguished 217,000 sq. ft. Grade A office tower, which provides 80,000 sq. ft. of leasable space.

Several notable retail brands have already confirmed their participation in this vibrant community, including Spinneys, Yas Healthcare, Freedom Pizza, and Half Cup, with additional negotiations underway to attract more retail and dining establishments.

A standout feature of the Peninsula development is The Plaza, a waterfront marketplace that spans 17,000 sq. ft. across two levels, including a magnificent 6,000 sq. ft. terrace offering picturesque views of the Dubai Canal.
