Ohana Development has officially announced the launch of its ambitious $1.3 billion beachfront project in collaboration with Jacob & Co., marking a significant milestone in luxury real estate in the UAE. The initiative, unveiled during a highly anticipated event at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi, will redefine beachfront living and is set to attract high-profile clientele seeking exclusivity and innovation in coastal residences.
The launch event was attended by key figures including Husein Salem, CEO of Ohana Development, and Jacob Arabo, Chairman and Creative Director of Jacob & Co. The project is strategically located in Al Jurf, conveniently situated between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Its prime position offers direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road, ensuring smooth connections to essential hubs like Abu Dhabi International Airport, Palm Jebel Ali, and Al Maktoum International Airport.

The opulent development comprises 457 residences, including seaview apartments, villas, penthouses, Sky Mansions, and beachfront mansions. The penthouses are priced from AED 22 million, offering stunning 180-degree views, while Sky Mansions, starting at AED 77 million, boast 360-degree vistas and private elevators for added luxury.
Additionally, the project features an impressive array of 3- to 6-bedroom villas and mansions equipped with private pools, all set against either natural reserve views or secluded canal-front locations. Beachfront mansions provide magnificent sea views that enhance the allure of coastal living.

Residents will access their new homes through a grand lobby atrium, showcasing an impressive 10-meter-wide Jacob & Co. ceiling art timepiece, touted as the largest of its kind globally. Moreover, the project will unveil the world’s first Jacob & Co. Beach Club, which will offer an array of dining options and beachside restaurants.
This luxurious development is nestled within a protected natural reserve, featuring innovative architectural designs with curved façades inspired by the sea. The buildings subtly incorporate the initials ‘J’ and ‘C’, paying homage to Jacob & Co.
The project is scheduled for completion by Q2 2028, promising to make waves in the luxury beachfront market.
