In an exciting development for the Dubai real estate market, AMWAJ Development recently celebrated significant construction milestones for its two prominent projects: Starlight Park and The Cube Residences. AMWAJ Development Celebrates Dual Construction Milestones
During the recent ceremonies, Emad Saleh, the founder and chairman of AMWAJ Development, was joined by key figures such as Murad Saleh, CEO; Hassan Hijazi, CFO; Aida El Shahabi, COO; Mohammed Musthafa, Managing Director of Emsquare Engineering Consultants; Mazin Al Zagoum, Managing Director of Sumer Contracting Company; and Sunjay Shanker, General Manager of Accurex Project Management. The event also saw participation from hundreds of dedicated site workers and team members from AMWAJ Development.
Starlight Park has now completed 100 percent of its superstructure across four buildings and has achieved 44 percent of overall construction progress. Remarkably, the project is on track for its completion goal set for Q2 2026, with interior and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works now underway.
The development boasts four residential towers, housing a total of 172 apartments in configurations ranging from one to three bedrooms, alongside eight retail spaces at the ground level. Notable amenities include rooftop swimming pools, gyms, a rooftop cinema, yoga and boxing studios, children’s play areas, EV charging stations, and a padel tennis court.

The Cube Residences Construction Begins
Following the successful completion of preliminary enabling works, AMWAJ Development has commenced vertical construction on The Cube Residences. This marks another significant milestone in the company’s portfolio, with an anticipated completion date set for Q4 2026.
The Cube Residences will feature a mid-rise residential building offering thoughtfully designed one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, focusing on layouts that maximize efficiency, functionality, and sustainability using premium materials and finishes.
