Distinguished guests included His Excellency Hamid Mohammed Al Qatami, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical Sciences and Education, and Her Excellency Hessa Bint Essa Buhumaid, Director General of the Community Development Authority in Dubai.
