Dubai South Expands Logistics Facilities
The newly launched facilities are strategically located within the logistics district’s freight forwarding zone, providing easy access to both Al Maktoum International Airport and Jebel Ali Port. This prime positioning ensures that businesses housed in these multi-user facilities will benefit from seamless connectivity via the UAE’s extensive road network, enhancing their operational efficiency.
Once completed, the facilities will be ready for tenant occupancy by Q1 2026. Crafted with flexibility in mind, the development features air-conditioned, combinable units that allow businesses to tailor their space according to their specific requirements. Sustainable design principles have been integrated into the project, promoting eco-friendly operations while also offering on-site retail outlets and amenities for employees.
Target clients for these multi-user logistics facilities include small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), logistics providers, e-commerce companies, and traders seeking secure locations optimized for international business operations. Two unit size options are available: 2,152 square feet and 3,767 square feet, providing scalability as businesses grow. Each unit is equipped with temperature control systems, ensuring optimal conditions are maintained for various products and services.
Mohsen Ahmad, CEO of the Logistics District at Dubai South, commented, “At Dubai South, we are committed to empowering businesses with innovative, flexible, and sustainable solutions that drive growth and operational efficiency.
