Ilios is embracing Negroni Week from September 21 to 27 with an impressive array of three signature serves: the nutty Negroni di Saronno, the rich Avellana, and the herbal Negroni Tramonto. Set against a picturesque poolside backdrop, guests can elevate their experience by pairing these exquisite cocktails with sharing bites like tuna nigiri, beef tartare, fried calamari, and truffle fries.
