Dar Global, a leading developer of luxury real estate projects and listed on the London Stock Exchange, has awarded the construction contract for the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Dubai to Gulf Asia Contracting Company. This significant milestone marks a pivotal development in one of Dubai’s most anticipated luxury projects.
Project Overview
According to Dar Global, the project is strategically located on Sheikh Zayed Road at the entrance to Downtown Dubai. Construction is progressing on schedule as it enters the next phase. The Trump International Hotel and Tower, officially announced in April 2025, will feature a distinctive silhouette in Dubai’s skyline, standing at 350 metres across 80 storeys. This iconic tower will house the highest outdoor swimming pool in Dubai, alongside two unique penthouses inspired by the famous Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue in New York City.
Construction Milestones
Dar Global has emphasised that the award of this contract follows the successful completion of all essential preparatory works ahead of schedule, with project completion targeted for September 2026.
