Dubai is set to elevate its luxury accommodation offerings with the highly anticipated launch of the Solenna Villas at Dubai Creek Resort, debuting in February 2026. Nestled alongside the lagoon and the fairways of the renowned Dubai Creek Golf Club, these extraordinary villas promise an unparalleled blend of opulence and meticulous design, redefining the standard for high-end living in the region.
Complementing its 18 prestigious holes, Dubai Creek Resort introduces the Solenna Villas—a collection of 18 exquisite individual luxury one- and two-bedroom villas curated by Park Hyatt Dubai. This luxurious haven, strategically positioned alongside the picturesque lagoon, is poised to captivate golf enthusiasts and travelers alike upon its opening.
Dubai’s New Benchmark for Golf Living
The Solenna Villas represent Dubai Creek Resort’s most premium accommodation tier, merging sophisticated living with the hallmark refinements of Park Hyatt Dubai. With its location less than 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport (DXB), the villas are perfectly suited for international visitors seeking an exclusive retreat.
Spanning 200-230 sqm, each villa has been thoughtfully designed to maximize natural daylight and comfort. Features include soft tonal interiors, natural textures, landscaped courtyards, and expansive terraces that open onto sunlit plunge pools and serene waters across the lagoon. This seamless integration of luxury and nature makes the Solenna Villas a true sanctuary.
The villas offer direct access to the golf course, a floodlit driving range, and premium coaching facilities. The iconic sail-shaped clubhouse, featured on AED20 currency notes in the UAE, enhances the villa experience, making it a golfer’s paradise.
Constanze Guetschow, Director of Sales & Marketing at Park Hyatt Dubai, remarked: “The Solenna Villas embody our philosophy of subtle elegance and personalized service. These are not simply accommodations—they are private sanctuaries where every detail, from the natural textures and abundant daylight to the dedicated host service, has been thoughtfully curated for guests seeking the distinguished luxury that defines Park Hyatt Dubai.”
Chris May, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Golf, added: “Solenna Villas represent the pinnacle of golf-centric luxury living in the region. For the golfer, waking up steps from one of the Middle East’s most celebrated championship courses, with exclusive golf privileges, private concierge services, and the tranquility of the Creek at your doorstep—this is an unparalleled experience.”
Bespoke Villa Living at Dubai Creek
The architectural design of the Solenna Villas emphasizes serenity and privacy, employing materials that mirror the surrounding fairways, shaded gardens, and serene waterline. Each villa is equipped with freestanding bathtubs, rain showers, fully stocked private bars, smart-home technology, and generously proportioned indoor-outdoor living areas that cater perfectly to families, groups, and long-stay luxury travelers.
Guests will benefit from dedicated 24-hour butler service, in-villa dining curated by Park Hyatt Dubai chefs, daily housekeeping, and optional wellness treatments in the comfort of their villas. Such attention to detail ensures a unique experience tailored to individual needs.
In addition to the luxurious accommodations, the resort features direct access to Lagoon Beach, a 100-meter adults-only infinity lagoon, the Family Lagoon beach, Amara Spa, floodlit padel and tennis courts, and a comprehensive fitness center open 24 hours. Dining options at the resort are equally impressive, showcasing establishments such as NOÉPE, Brasserie du Park, and Asado Nights by Chef Rodrigo, among others.
The upcoming Solenna Villas at Dubai Creek Resort is not just an accommodation; it is a celebration of refined luxury and golf-centric living that promises to set a new standard in Dubai’s vibrant hospitality landscape.
