This prestigious occasion marks the fourth edition of the MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi Ceremony, set to unfold on Thursday, 23 October, at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, in collaboration with Experience Abu Dhabi. As top regional chefs and restaurants are celebrated for their exceptional contributions, guests can eagerly anticipate exploring the best of what the capital has to offer.
The evening promises to be a remarkable showcase of culinary excellence, acknowledging the creativity and dedication of Abu Dhabi’s leading chefs. Attendees will witness the unveiling of the latest selections from the MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi during a press conference, followed by an exclusive cocktail reception featuring an array of delightful dishes crafted by the chefs themselves.
Guests will have the opportunity to experience some of the city’s finest culinary talents. From Hakkasan, which proudly holds one MICHELIN Star, to other MICHELIN Selected favorites like Mate, Butcher & Still, and Café Milano, the selection promises an evening filled with innovative canapés and unique flavors that embody Abu Dhabi’s evolving gastronomic identity. In addition to the thrilling events on October 23, the third edition of the Michelin Guide Food Festival will also take place in Abu Dhabi from November 21 to 23 at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental. This vibrant festival will feature twenty restaurants from the MICHELIN Guide, including ten international establishments making their debut in Abu Dhabi. Chefs will be serving limited-edition tasting menus and collaborating on six- and eight-hands dinners, bringing together some of the most celebrated flavors from around the world.
