Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence and Chairman of the National Fund, launched the “Excellence Medals” initiative to honor individuals and institutions that have demonstrated excellence in summer programs. The initiative includes four main categories: outstanding school, outstanding teacher, outstanding student, and work teams, with awards for “Gold Medal,” “Silver Medal,” and “Bronze Medal.” This approach aims to encourage a competitive spirit among participants.
Main Categories Participating in the Initiative
The initiative stands out by including 54 schools from various parts of the country, along with cultural and youth centers, reflecting significant enthusiasm for participation. Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan stated, “The large turnout reflects competitiveness, and we wish success to all participants.” The criteria are based on supporting national projects, enhancing creative thinking, and community participation.
