During a recent meeting, Minister of Economy Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri emphasized that the UAE-Franco relationship serves as a model for developing strategic cooperation across various fields. He noted that the UAE is committed to enhancing economic collaboration with its French counterparts, especially in emerging economic sectors. Tourism plays a vital role in the economic ties between France and the UAE. In 2024, approximately 648,704 French tourists visited the UAE, marking a 15% increase from 2023. The frequency of flights between the two countries has also risen, with 49 weekly flights establishing essential connectivity.
