Trullerman achieved a clear victory in the Group 1 Gold Cup over a distance of 4,000 meters. Jockey William Buick guided Trullerman to victory under the training of Thady and John Gosden. The horse recorded a time of 4:15.02, finishing seven lengths ahead of the second-place competitor, Illinois, ridden by Ryan Moore and trained by Aidan O’Brien. Jockey Oisin Murphy led Arabian Story to victory in the 1,600-meter race, clocking a time of 1:38.80, finishing a neck ahead of La Botte, ridden by Jimmy Spencer. This win marked Saeed bin Suroor’s 40th victory in the history of the Royal Ascot Festival.
